What we help with
Practical protection for a small business.
Most break-ins don’t start with a movie-style hacker. They start with a stolen password, a missed update or one convincing email. We close those doors first, then keep them closed.
We also provide employee training to prevent human-caused accidents — because your team is your first line of defence.
Firewalls & network
We set up and manage advanced business firewalls, separate guest Wi-Fi from your office network and keep remote access locked down.
Email & phishing
Spam and phishing filtering, plus SPF, DKIM and DMARC so criminals can’t easily send email that pretends to be you.
Sign-ins & MFA
We help roll out multi-factor authentication across Microsoft 365 and other key accounts, and move toward passkeys where it makes sense.
Updates & patching
Windows, Office and business apps kept up to date, and old systems that no longer get security updates planned out before they become a risk.
Endpoint protection
Virus and malware protection on every computer and server, with alerts that reach a technician, not an inbox nobody reads.
Staff training & access
Short, plain-English training on spotting scams, plus sensible access rights and prompt account shut-off when someone leaves — the main defence against inside risks.

Is a small business really a target?
Yes. Most attacks are automated and aimed at anyone with an email address and a password — they don’t check how big you are first. Smaller offices are often easier to get into because nobody is watching, which is exactly the gap we fill.
Where should we start?
For most offices: turn on multi-factor sign-in for email and Microsoft 365, make sure every computer gets its updates, and make sure you have backups you can actually restore. Those three steps block a large share of everyday attacks. See our MFA guide to get going.
Can you guarantee we’ll never be hacked?
No honest IT company can. What we can do is make an attack much less likely, spot problems early and make sure you can recover quickly — which is why security and backup and recovery go hand in hand.
Will security make work harder for my team?
A little, at first — for example a sign-in prompt on the phone. We set things up so the extra steps are small, and options like passkeys can actually make signing in faster than typing a password.
What should we do if we think we’ve been hacked?
Call us right away at (818) 456 0303. Don’t pay anything and don’t start deleting files. Our first 60 minutes guide explains the important first steps.
