What we build
Software shaped around the people who use it.
Most of our projects start with a simple question: what slows your team down every day? Then we build the smallest thing that makes it go away — and grow it from there.
Automation
Repetitive tasks — copying data between systems, building reports, sending routine emails — handled by software, so your people can do the work only they can do.
Small applications
Focused tools for one job done well: an internal portal, a quoting tool, an intake form with a dashboard behind it. Sized to the problem, not inflated.
Mobile app development
Apps for your customers or your field staff, designed for the phone first and connected to the systems you already run.
CRM systems
Customer records, pipelines and follow-ups shaped to your industry — including RPM, our own flexible CRM, when it fits better than starting from scratch.
E-commerce platforms
Online stores and B2B ordering on platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento — catalogs, customer-specific pricing, quick reorders and product data that search engines understand.
Marketplace & system integrations
Connect your store to marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, and to shipping, inventory and accounting, so orders, stock and prices stay in sync.

Our own products
We build software we use and support ourselves.
Alongside client projects we develop our own products. That keeps us honest about what it takes to run software for years, not just ship it once.
Launched 2021
RightAccess
A cross-platform management service — one place to look after computers and devices across different operating systems.
Launched 2023
RPM
A flexible CRM system that can be customized to your industry, so it follows your process instead of forcing a new one on your team.
How we work
A strong end-user focus, from first talk to launch.
Our team includes MBA, Computer Science and Design degrees, so every feature is weighed against the business benefit — and the experience of the person using it.
- 01
Listen to the end user
We talk to the people who will use the software every day, not only to the people who sign off on it. That is where the real requirements are.
- 02
Agree on a plan in plain English
Screens, data and connections to your other systems written down in words you can check — no confusing technical jargon.
- 03
Build in small, visible steps
You see working pieces early and give feedback while changes are still easy.
- 04
Test with real users
Before launch, your team tries it with real data and real tasks, and we fix what gets in their way.
- 05
Launch and keep it running
We stay on after go-live for updates, fixes and new features — and, if you like, the IT around it through our managed IT services.
Questions
Software development questions.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — we answer in plain English.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what the software has to do, how many systems it connects to and how it will be supported. We prefer to talk through your needs first and then give you a clear estimate — often a small first version is the best place to start.
Should we build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product?
If a ready-made product fits your process well, buying is usually cheaper and faster. Custom software makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when you are paying for workarounds every day. We will tell you honestly which side you are on.
Can you connect our online store to marketplaces and other systems?
Yes. Marketplace and system integrations are a large part of our e-commerce work: connecting stores to marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, and to shipping, inventory and accounting tools.
Can you take over or improve software we already have?
Often, yes. We start by reviewing what you have — the code, the hosting and how people use it — and then recommend whether to improve it, rebuild parts of it or replace it.
Who owns the software when it’s finished?
Ownership and licensing should be agreed in writing before work starts, so there are no surprises later. Ask us and we will walk you through the options for your project.
