Illustration. The pieces of a healthy Microsoft 365 setup — we set them up and keep them that way.

What we help with

Microsoft 365, from first sign-in to every day after.

The tools you need: Microsoft integration, cloud services, backups and employee monitoring — set up by people who will still be there when someone can’t open their email.

Setup & domains

A new Microsoft 365 tenant created cleanly: your domain verified, DNS records in place, user accounts, shared mailboxes and groups organised the way your business works.

Email migration

Moving from Google Workspace, another Microsoft 365 tenant, an old Exchange server or a plain IMAP host. We plan the cutover so mail keeps flowing and old messages, contacts and calendars come with you.

Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive

Teams and channels that make sense, SharePoint sites for shared company files and OneDrive for each person — with sharing and permissions set up so the right people see the right things.

Licensing advice

Business Basic, Standard or Premium? We look at what each person actually needs and recommend the mix that fits, so you don’t pay for features nobody uses.

Security & sign-in

Multi-factor authentication for everyone, security defaults or Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID, admin accounts kept separate, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your email isn’t spoofed or sent to spam.

Backups & day-to-day care

A separate backup of mailboxes, OneDrive and SharePoint, plus everyday help: new staff, leavers, password resets, Outlook problems and questions — answered in plain English.

How a move goes

Moving to Microsoft 365, step by step.

No big-bang surprises. You know what happens, when, and who to call — and the answer to that last one is always us.

Plan your move

  1. 01

    Look at what you have

Where your email lives today, how many people and mailboxes, where files are kept and which devices people use.

  2. 02

    Plan and pick licences

A simple plan: which Microsoft 365 plan each person needs, what moves when, and how we keep email working during the switch.

  3. 03

    Prepare the tenant

Domain, users, groups and security settings ready before anything moves — MFA, admin accounts and email authentication included.

  4. 04

    Move the data

Mailboxes, calendars, contacts and files copied over, scheduled to keep disruption to your team to a minimum.

  5. 05

    Switch over and help people

Mail is pointed at Microsoft 365, Outlook and phones are connected, and we help anyone who gets stuck on day one.

  6. 06

    Look after it

Ongoing support for users and the admin side — new staff, leavers, licences, security and backups — on its own or as part of managed IT.

Questions

Microsoft 365 questions, answered.

Straight answers to what business owners ask us most. Something else? Just ask.

Will we lose email while we move to Microsoft 365?

We plan the move so you don’t. Mailboxes are copied ahead of time, mail is switched over at an agreed moment, and anything that arrives during the switch is picked up afterwards. DNS changes can take a little while to reach everyone, so we pick a quiet time and tell you exactly what to expect.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

It depends on the person. Business Basic covers web and mobile apps with email and Teams, Business Standard adds the desktop Office apps, and Business Premium adds stronger security and device management. The Business plans go up to 300 users; larger organisations use Enterprise plans. We recommend a mix after we see how your team works.

Doesn’t Microsoft already back up our data?

Microsoft keeps the service running and has recycle bins and retention settings, but those are limited in time and are not a backup you control. If someone deletes a folder or ransomware encrypts files, a separate backup is what gets them back — the 3-2-1 rule applies to cloud data too.

We already have Microsoft 365. Can you take it over?

Yes. We start with a review of the tenant: admin accounts, MFA, licences you pay for but don’t use, sharing settings and your email DNS records. Then we fix what needs fixing and look after it from there.

Do you have to come to our office?

Most Microsoft 365 work is done remotely. When someone needs hands-on help — setting up Outlook on a new PC, or a problem that won’t wait — we come on-site, the same day for emergencies.
